If you are not happy about our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all LADUORA products for a full refund, no strings attached, or a restocking fee. At the same time, we provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on LADUORA products. We warrants all LADUORA devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. Hi! The Velve features red light therapy which helps promote healing and diminish the appearance of acne scarring. However, the blue light therapy is the most common and clinically-proven method to treat acne & kill acne-causing bacteria.
