Finally contacted Nutricost AND they had to contact the manufacturer and this is the response I received moments ago: The whey protein isolate unflavored 5 lb. is cold pressed. Here is the information on the BCAA's as well. Q: Where does the sugar come from in the unflavored? all others i see which are pure whey isolate do not have any sugar. is this added sugar?

There are no added sugars. Those are the natural sugars in wpi
