I have a smaller tent exactly like this one, but it is more difficult to set up, and I always dreaded the process. This new canopy, however, goes up in minutes with no hassle. Plus, it came with a really nice carrying case that makes transport and storage a breeze, which my old one was missing.We just used it on a particularly windy day, and its extra windproof design held up beautifully. The anchors are sturdy, and the whole structure felt solid and secure. The best part is the amazing amount of shade it provides. The massive 11x11 foot area and UPF 50+ fabric gave our whole family so much shelter from the sun, allowing us to stay comfortable on the beach for hours longer than usual.If you're looking for a high-quality, sturdy, and easy-to-use beach tent, this is the one. I’m so happy with this beach canopy! It was incredibly easy to set up—even with just two people—and the UPF50+ fabric gave us great sun protection all day. For the cost difference between some of the others, this was a great alternative. It’s very simple to set up, take down, and stores great in the backpack style bag that comes with it. My only complaint is that the material from the shade to the sand bags is too stretchy, unlike the paracord on other shades, so the wind blows it more. Overall, good value for the money for me. I don’t use it every week, instead only a handful of times a summer, so the trade off in a little less quality for a third of the price was worth it to me. I’d definitely recommend it for a beach vacation. We just used this every day for a week in gulf shores and it functioned exactly as I expected. It’s also very lightweight to carry in and out.

Do not recommend this at all!!! Went to beach, set it for the first time, extremely hard to set it up as well taking it down the poles were stuck and would not break down to go in bag and some of the wire broke!!

We are extremely satisfied with this tent. It is very easy to set it up and break it down and looks great. The trick is to stretch it completely on the ground and then fill in the bags fully. Remember to stretch it fully before placing the posts. It will not go any where even in the windiest day. We have had it for a year and used it a lot. It is still in very good shape. It is worth what we payed for it $ 70. You can fit everything back in the carry on bag that come with it just roll it at the same length of the bag. We are completely satisfied.

Cons: Not that easy to set up. Definitely needs more than one person to set it up. Also, not for a windy beach. I guess it works great in a back yard where it's not too windy.Pro: Quite roomy. Gives plenty of shade.

Bought this to keep from lagging a metal frame canopy back and forth to the beach. It held up nicely for a week in Destin. It’s easy to put up, lightweight, and provides plenty of shade. Enough for a family of 8! Can’t recommend enough.
