Who cares if it’s illegal? It’s not like the cops are gonna drop by to check the plug of your cushion..

Q: Is this product ideal for shoulder pain?

Sometimes. If the angle isn't right the rotating balls will work themselves under your shoulder blades and that hurts! I find that lower neck/top of shoulders is often OK.

Q: I see there are two varieties of this product, one with two balls and with an one arc and ball. What is major difference, which is better?

I'm not sure but for me this has been a very effective piece of kit in my rehab and recovery as a active person in there 50s
