Q: I ordered and item did not come with instructions. Help please...How is it supposed to be seasoned before use?

Take a paper towel and dab it with cooking oil. Plug machine in and allow it to get hot. Rub the cooking oil across the gills abs let it sit for about 10 minutes. Once done grills will be seasoned.

Q: What type of pastry crust is this machine designed for? I make sausage rolls (and pizza rolls) using short crust. Is that an option for this machine?
