Bought for a bbq party… these are robust, functional and great value for money.

This is a set of 125 pieces, enough for 25 people of disposable paper plates and cutlery. Arrives in a large square branded box.You get big plates, small plates and cutlery. Enough to serve 25 people. Matte finish. Cutlery made from bamboo and plates are made from sugarcane.+ Can handle liquids and hot foods well+ No foods have soaked through- £22.99 is very expensive for just 25 people+ Ideal for a bbq+ Better for the environment than plastic- However it is still single use+ Sturdier than paper plates- Doesn't feel completely rigid and sturdy- Felt like I had to hold under the plate although no food leaked through+ Compostable after use+ Can hold a reasonable amount of food+ Well shaped+ Blemish freeOverall this set would be good for an event or bbq but it is just too expensive for just 25 people. Fab items for any party & perfect colour

125 piece disposable plates and knives, for and spoons.This set is made from biodegradable sugarcane plates and eco friendly bamboo cutlery. The set has 25 of each item small plates, large plates, knives, forks and spoons. The plates are very strong, i've never used a disposable plate as strong as these. They don't bend or warp with warm food and can be used in the microwave so good for reheating cold foods and you can store food on them in the fridge without them becoming soggy, i was amazed.I also like the square design and just from the look of them i think they stand out as higher quality. The only downside to this set is the price, as they're so much better than the much cheaper paper sets the price is much higher. These plates have their place in the disposable tableware market but they won't be for everyone.

When I unpacked the items in this set, I was immediately impressed with the sturdiness and high quality of the untensils. They are not glossy, but matt, well shaped and blemish-free. I'll admit that while I liked the shape and size of the plates when I first unpacked them, I was initially aghast - they felt so light and were so thin that I felt that they would only be suitable for very dry sandwiches. I am pleased to say that my initial impression was incorrect.The plates - both large and small - have stood up to the tests which I have put them through. I have served thick and thin stews on the plates and left hot and cold liquids on them for hours and not once has anything soaked through!The list price of £22.99 for so many pieces of such good quality is quite good to me, and I shall certainly be stocking up and recommending them to my acquaintances.

This disposable set is perfect, as it is so environmentally friendly. The cutlery is made of bamboo and the plates are made of sugar cane. It's the most amazing way to celebrate, after which you just recycle the set without any fear of harming the planet.It is very strong and well made, the plates will not leak with liquid and the cutlery will not break apart in your mouth. I used this for an indoor garden themed party and it was an absolute hit!
