Helps with wrist pain
I have issues with my right wrist and this has really helped. Easy to put on and something I will continue to use. Recommended.

This is NOT the wristwidget
This is not the wristwidget. It is a cheap Chinese copy. Falls apart and velcro fails in days.

For a particular wrist issue (pain in the ulna/little finger side) these are perfect
I bought these as a very similar product sells for several times their price and I cannot tell the difference.The use case for these is quite specific but they work very well. They are designed to fit around the ulnar styloid process (the bump on your wrist on the little finger side) and are meant to relieve pain in that particular area. In this regard, they work far better than the huge cast type splints with metal support strips in them and are obviously far more discreet. Well worth a shot if you have pain/injury/arthritis in that area.
