" Back of actual label is in Chinese script and I do not read, write, or speak Chinese. Hope this helps. P.S. It's Good, I use it all the time. Note: Once you open it, stir it up good then keep refrigerated as once it hits the cold it will get hard.

Q: Once I open it, how long does it last? Only need tiny amount to try make cold sesame noodles since the Chinese restaurants by me are terrible.

Not sure 100% but once refrigerated I’d try to use it within 6 months, more than likely up to a year. Probably good afterwards, but within that timeframe you should be good.
