I wouldn’t do it for ANY size. These pants are paper thin and see through.

Q: Are the pockets deep enough for a phone?

Yes a phone will fit. The legs are long enough for a giraffe. I found them unusable and way too BIG!!

Q: Is this good for outdoor work like a pool cleaner?

I don’t think these pants are sturdy enough to be thought of as work clothes.
