The product is everything it said it is. It was perfect for my situation. It is stable with nice rubber ends on the legs. It was easy to assemble too. Very easy. I thought there were some screws missing, but after calling the company I learned I was wrong, all the screws were actually there. Their customer service is top notch!!! Something that can be ignored at times in our fast paced world. Very easy to deal with and very happy with this quality shower chair. It won't slip around either and it felt very safe.

Well made and perfect fit for my tub so I can take my own shower!!

I ordered this for my husband whose strength was zapped by a chemotherapy infusion. He has to have something to hold onto in order to stand. The places where the arms are to be attached were placed wrong and require a hex driver to adjust. There was no hex driver included and none of ours fit! If you purchase this I strongly suggest you have a hex driver that will fit and oh by the way, they don’t tell you what size hex driver you need or whether it is English or metric.

It works as it is supposed to. We're pleased.
