Original batteries in my Surefire flashlight on the 12 Gauge lasted 5 years.
Bought a 12 gauge over 5 years ago and put a surefire flash on it immediately. Turned on occasionally to test battery strength and it would blind you after 4 years still. Cat stepped on the on button and I did not catch it in time is the only reason I had to change batteries and considering the life I got out of the first pair , decided to go the same route . Explosive long lasting light at your command. I highly recommend Surefire if you want dependable rugged and blinding light in a tactical accessory. Good stuff! Not cheap but the bang for the buck is there for sure.
