Q: Safe on stone and unsealed quartz?

I haven't used it on stone, but I believe it's safe on any hard surface. No strong chemicals -- That's what I've learned to love about Mrs. Myers products.

Q: Can i use these in wooden surfaces

I use it on all hard surfaces... basil is also my favorite scent

Q: can i use this product on a copper counter (not trying to remove verdigris)?

I'm a housekeeper and have used this (diluted as instructed, not straight) to clean copper sinks without issue for many months now. Doesn't damage/remove patina.
