Helps maintain muscle strength
I got this "wobble bar"/stick to use for exercising at home after a shoulder injury. Several shoulder muscles were damaged and I (initially) had no ability for fine motor movements. This bar helped me restore that function.But I look at the photos along with this and I know I am missing out on a lot of ways to use this to its full potential. I would love it if I could find a place online to see some instructional videos (or classes) using the stick so I can exercise more and continue to increase my strength using it.

I rarely write reviews as the Title Says: Mainly because I'm lazy to lol...However, I really want to see this company keep making this product!!!I've tried many products on Amazon, all sorts of devices...
