What I like about my new Muggo Travel mug is my coffee or tea stays piping hot to the last drop! The weight of the mug was a surprise heavyweight solid feel in hand. The LED temperature light is great showing the current temperature of your beverage. The lid takes a little getting use to, but it's fine after a few uses. Received as a 20yr. anniversary gift.Update on original review above, purchased around March 15, 2021 today is May 17 and the battery and LED temperature light no longer works.So this follow up review is a not nearly as positive as the first review.I plan to contact company about this issue.☹☹☹☹☹

Starts great. Had ours less than 2 years, with less than 1 year of use. For first year, we used it, but it had issues. In particular, the battery really does not last that long. It indicates that the insulation is so-so. And that is the case. Once the battery is dead, then temp drops FAST. And I mean in less than 30 minutes, it will drop from 138F to room temp. I think that it is as fast, if not faster than a ceramic mug.For the second year, it sat paper-wraped and packed in a box with paper-wrapped china and glassware (moved from Colorado to Wash State). Absolutely NONE of the china nor glass was broke. IOW, there was no shock hard enough to break anything in the. Sat for a year. Upon charging, the battery charges and has voltage. OTOH, the MUG will not turn on.This is poorly designed and worse, poorly built.Skip it.

I travel 45 minutes to work and by the time I get there my coffee was always cold. I also travel to see my sons (5 hour drive) and the same problem.NOW, I have hot coffee all the time.Setting the perfect temperature is easy with the display, and the battery level indicator helps on long journeys.the coating on the outside is non slip and gives you the confidence not to drop it.The pop lid is easy to use and an asset when opening on the move. It also locks in the liquid really well when closed.

My boyfriend gave this cup to me as a gift as I wanted to have one so bad. I like this product as the lid makes it convenient to carry the cup everywhere and it also even reheat an already cold coffee but the annoying part about is the charge which lasts only 20mins or so.The first day I was able to have it for 3 hours but exactly the next day it could hold the charge for only 20 minutes which is not convenient as we don t have access to usb port all the time. I even let it fully charge for 10 hours prior to using it and if it did not have this issue, I would have said this is the best heating cup out there

The first time I used this mug it worked great 130 deg for two cups of coffee. Great! The next day I got a cup of coffee and it would not turn on no matter what I did. I checked at the charger for battery life, for lights fully charged. So with the lack of instruction in User Guide I contacted Amazon Customer support chat and we went through a checkout of the product. Still no display on the mug. While I was waiting for the chat session to resume I went into the kitchen and removed the battery and put the mug into the charger and the display came on. The battery displayed three lights and while the battery was in the charger I attached the mug and the display came on. Did not have that in the user instructions. Used the mug this morning and followed that procedure and had 130 deg for two cups of coffee, Quirky but it works.

This is the Best on the go travel mug you can purchase, The company is fantastic! I’m a school bus driver & constantly on the road and this mug keeps my coffee hot just like his say’s for up to 4 hours!! You will not be disappointed by the mug or by the company if you have to reach out to them for anything and I say that because I had purchased one and it wasn’t keeping charge, I immediately contacted them and they were very quick with they response the same day not to mention they were very quick on sending New one with just a few short days! Great customer service. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend

Purchased as a Christmas present less than 2 years ago. Performance was suffering the last year of use, whereby the mug could only be removed from the base for a short period of time before dying. The battery is completely shot and considering the mug still appeared to work fine I reached out to Muggo for some direct support. I was informed that they were only willing to send a replacement if it was within the 1 yr warranty window, and they wouldn't consider just selling me one outright. They suggested that I buy a new one.This isn't a cheap product, and I certainly hope they expect their customers to be able to use it for more than a year. However, this appears to be a company that doesn't support existing customers, only new ones. And their refusal to even sell me a product they actively carry seems to indicate that they're not really interested in supporting their product and/or making sure even the lowest of customer expectations are meet.Buyer be warned, your product will fail prematurely and they won't allow you to replace a battery, rather they expect you to buy a new product.......which will inevitably fail prematurely and they won't allow............Trash company, and the sooner they go out of business the retail marketplace will become a slightly better place.
