Total Satisfaction
Due to changing area safety conditions our HOA earlier this year installed license plate reader cameras on all our primary road entrances. They further recommended that all residents should be installing their own private home based CCTV system. I purchased a complete ANNKE package with (7) C800 4K IP Dome cameras, a NCD800 4K panoramic camera and an ANP800 - 4K PoE NVR. I was particularly impressed with the NCD800 180-degree camera as it virtually covered my entire street and thus quickly becoming my main go-to camera. With hardware and software compatibilities in mind, ANNKE assisted me a great deal with a complete system evaluation including my accessory requirements and for all of my intended purchases. My DIY install went super smooth and everything worked right out of the box.I was also highly satisfied working with several of ‘ANNKE’s Support’ team, which I think was an important factor in my satisfaction and final install success.Already many of my retired neighbors have stopped over seeking advice on cost, quality and installation. Needless to say I will be keeping in recommending ANNKE to all of them, and may even see them through their next step and their own install process.

Thought these were NOT Color Night Vision, but you have to change the setting for Color at Night
Color night vision has to be enabled! I messaged seller, and they explained how this camera has to be enabled for color mode in dark. Annke doesn't advertise these as Color Night Vision, as they have other FULL TIME color cameras. Great camera, great image, and extremely great audio recording from built-in microphone. I've never heard such clear audio, and I've been doing this since 2005. :)

C800 Dome IP Camera Wont register Online for Annke Vision app use
I brought 2 of these within the past 2/3 weeks and its not been a good experience. I has a good picture, but the darn things wont register online for anything. I spent about 3 hours with Annke tech support today they couldn't resolve the issue even after I opened TeamViewer and gave them remote access to my network. They believe them to be defective. If you need to be able to view your cameras when you're away from home, DONT buy this one (C800 Dome). I see why these cameras always sold with a $20-$30 coupon. Another thing it wouldn't even format a SanDisk 256GB sd card I spent $40 on. BTW, I also brought a cheaper C500 turret and everything works just fine with that camera, how about that!UPDATE...UPDATE...UPDATE...I have to say, the Annke support team has done a REALLY good job with keeping in touch with me in order to resolve the problem I had. The C800 needed a new firmware, after testing the Annke engineers had the Annke Tech team send me a new firmware. After I updated the firmware they seem to be doing fine. I had a time problem after the firmware update, but that was fixed by turning on the DST and setting the correct DST Bias. BTW, the new firmware works on both the C800 Dome (I91BN) and the C800 Turret (I91BM). I have 6 Annke PoE cameras, and I'm overall happy with them even with the problems I've had. I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I didn't choose 5 stars only because nothing is perfect. Thanks Team Annke.

Perfect little DIY setup for people who understand private IP
As with any LAN or IP device for your home there is a little bit of a trial and error to unveil the devices that get assigned an IP address so that you can begin to configure. This device was no different, and luckily was on my subnet by default. Once you find it you can do typical things like port forward and configure it via a browser. As with all of these third party units it's IE compatible only, but no big deal because you're only viewing your internal stuff and not unknown Internet content. Initial screen configurations allow for a set of initial password and from there it's a matter of getting familiar with the gui. I configured one of these on a switch that's POE and one on a NVR that's POE, both worked flawlessly. I was also able to manipulate the unit quite a bit to get the angle I wanted to capture. The h.265+ is a great addition to a network running 8 cameras as I still maintain about 25% storage capacity running recordings 24/7.

Evaluating inexpensive camera C800 and initially impressed
Support for Mac is as usual for a windows world.Using Ben Software (latest version) and camera came up immediately based on ONVIF profile so very happy about that (my challenges with the older versions I think was the H265 support) and nice to have 4K and audio.. Installation was very straight forward.. had to drill 3 holes (used the base as the template. Adjustments were intuitive.. so for now.. impressed. Will wait to see how the night vision turns out and likley to update other older HD cameras..
