Well I take these most days, i dont feel any different but I dont have any deficiencies. So happy to continue with them

I have just came to the end of my bottle of these vegan omega 3 tablets and I will definitely be buying another.I can not say for sure that these have benefited me as when I purchased these I brought all 3 of 'Omvits' vegan tablets. But what I can say is since taking these (and the others) I have felt more alert and more 'refreshed'!!All you have to do it take 2 of these tablets a day to get the benefit.They are of a decent size the capsules. Personally I have no problem swallowing them but if you have a problem swallowing tablets then these may be an issue for you as I can't say I would recommend wanting to bite them. (Each to their own)I have attached a photo of them in my daily tablet box. They are the yellow clear tablets, which are medium in size. As you can see they are probably the same size as your average paracetamol. Please note when you buy this product you only get the Omega 3 not all that is shown in the photo. This photo is to simply to give you an idea of their true size in comparison to other tablets.For the price I paid, I will be recommending them to friends and family both those that are and aren't vegan!

Good value for the supplement

I order omega 3 on a regular basis as believe it a necessary supplement to take especially as you’re getting older and aids to a longer life ! Easy to take ( 2 a day) and definitely value for money.

I felt an immediate effect from these tablets!I noticed the stiffness in my back and neck almost instantly improved and I feel a decrease in the urge to constantly crack my neck. My skin feels smoother even after just one day of use. I feel a lot happier - my mood has shifted. My anxiety has decreased. I feel less irritable and just a lot more balanced and happy :) If this is one day, I am looking forward to the results I will see in time.

Pleasant to take, easy to swallow with no after-taste.
