As Building Engineer in charge of the functionality of a multipurposed facility I wasn't skeptical regarding the performance of this product, that it would not do as well as my previous waterless options which use the blue oil to seal out odors, however, they boasted of a longer usage time so it seemed like a good idea to at least give it a try.They have performed, and in many ways in my opinion, have out performed the other brand options that I've used previously. With double to triple the amount of usefull product life and the ability to use cleaners without concern of damaging the cartridge this product is a great environmental and economical asset.Thank you for the creative concept and product!

This product performs very well, although it does not remove odors completely as advertised. But it has improved that problem to a great degree and worth purchasing if you have waterless urinals. I also like to commit on the ability to use regular cleaning products and water to clean as needed.

Price point and installation was great, but the performance was terrible. We normally get 6-12 months out of a cartridge and these were only good for about a month and plugged up. Not a good choice for a waterless urinal cartridge.

I’m buying a second one after nearly 2 years. It works as advertised and is much cheaper and environmentally conscious and the standard cartridges. I clean it every few months by pouring down some Drano followed by a gallon of water then gently washing the urinal with standard toilet bowl gel cleaner and flushing with another gallon of water. Odor free and clear again for another 2 to 3 months. Highly recommend

It takes time for a product like this to work bit so far it works well

We have Sloan waterless urinals in our office building, and we always had urine odor problems. This product fit our urinal perfectly and fixed the bad odor problem in our restrooms immediately. Our maintenance staff also like the fact that they can clean the urinals with any cleaner and only need to pour regular water for daily maintenance.

Have a better idea of its perseverance next year this time and will upgrade my rating at that time if it survives.Makes a quiet, but interesting, "glub" sound with a periodicity that recurs about once a second as it alternately fills and empties.

I have bought a couple of these, hoping to sabe some money. Cost me more as the Lifespan is not that great. I just replaced a unit that lasted about 2 months before it plugged, The new one last one lasted less than a week. Plugs up immediately. Spend the extra 8 dollars and get a Sloan unit. Do not recommend. Past the return time. so I am out the money....
