Q: is it bulky, is it a pad or liner?

These are pads but are not bulky, but you will feel it after using as it holds the liquid in. The top sheet has been reported to be very comfortable.

Q: Description says Regular, but package in photo says Long. Which is it?

The ones I received all listed LONG, but when I open the package, they're all REGULAR, and feels like a regular sanitary pad you'd wear for light days.

Q: What are the measures of each one of this pads?

the Tena pad measures 4" X 13" -- very dependable product!

Q: Are these the same as in the packs of 32?
