Most likely unlike anything that you've tried before. Caramelly, bitter, acidic, and the pinecones are aggressively pine flavored. You should try it just to know what it tastes like.

What can I say about this, it came in without being labeled that it's fragile leaked in the plastic bag and not everywhere else ,it was not packaged appropriately. Now to the taste , lol well . How can one describe an extremely sweet and very bitter with a hint of soap pine cone . It's like chewing on a pine bark and everything that comes with it . It's cute and adorable great "gag" gift for sure . As for personal consumption, it's a definite no for me . That price for a tiny jar and I am sure I will never finish it .

This item arrived yesterday. The date looks to be expired already and it's definitely not a jam. $19.99 for a jar of disappointment. 😮‍💨 reached out to seller. If they respond I'll update review.*Seller says the date is the production date and good for 24 months.To me that should be stated somewhere when buying the product 🤷‍♀️

I purchased this to try something new. I was expecting more of a thicker jelly/jam consistently. This is closer to honey and has some very good honey notes. We also use the pine cones to garnish drinks. The pinecones are firm and tasty! The pine flavor is good, but not over powering. Give this a try if you want something different.

I like the unusual blend of earthy and sweet. These are better than I thought they'd be. It's more expensive than I'd buy regularly because it's an import, but that's not really the fault of the company. Not gonna hold it against them.

No what i spected

The jam has more of a a syrup like consistency and tastes very medicinal. I purchased this to pair with my chaga tea and it's been exquisite. The pine cones have a berry + citrus like taste and a pear + wood like texture. I can't wait to try this with cheese, pate and salami.
