Well it works......sometimes.
These fence wire twisters work most of the time for the T-post clips but sometimes they don't work so well...perhaps operator error.

I did like the wire twister but have not used them yet.

Almost worthless
The photo in the ad using this tool on 2 strand barbed wire is misleading. The slots are too small for the fence wire, and too small for normal t-post clips. There is little leverage to close a clip around the barbed wire if fortunate enough to maintain a grab on both.A better use would be for single strand wire fence and thin wire clips.

Looks like a great idea, but not so much.
In principle it's a great tool design, but when I tried to splice barbed wire the little slot on the side designed to hold the wire bent within the first 2 turns.Good design, unfortunately poor quality.Not recommended.
