Do you think it’s okay to buy the professional version with the optics and have 2 “new” optics leak from the first beginning without even use?Do you think it’s okay to have an answer by the customer service to bring it all back instead of sending 2 plastic optics that cost less than a 5dollar both of them to the company ??I’ve got answer from the service that they do not send replacements.Even a Chinese company will send replacementDo you think to have a service customer answer that say it may be malfunction in this new seriesAnd the only option is to take it down from the wall , disassemble to small parts and drive to the post office and waist time and money is a good service?
