Hello, We don't have still nude color for men. Black SIIL Belt coming soon. Maybe this ostomy wrap beige with the proper size for men waist measurement would work. I mean is not feminine in design as the one with lace. This one is plain nude, even if the shape of this band is designed for women use... I think that with the proper size for a men could work, but that is really a personal decission to pick up this one for men. Let me know if I can help you further, thank you
