Here’s a personal story about quitting smoking that might be helpful to others. Around 11 years ago, I used QuickMist to stop smoking, it took just over a week. Never smoked again.That was until, about six months ago, I made the mistake of picking up the habit again - after I was offered a cigarette or two at a wedding.It didn’t take long to realize that smoking wasn’t financially sustainable (the price of a 20-pack used to be around £7-9 back in 2013, and it's about £18 now) and was taking a toll on my health.I decided to try QuickMist again, and this time it worked even faster. In just two days and with only four sprays, I was able to quit again - It's been about 2 months.Spray it into your mouth and it does something horrible to your mouth and throat with satisfies your craving. It can be a very unnerving feeling the first few times you use it but once you're over it, it's remarkable how quickly it works.One piece of advice: I wouldn’t recommend buying the double pack unless you’re sure you’ll need it—I found that one was more than enough. Also, the SmartTrack feature seems unnecessary, and the app (at least on iPhone) isn’t user-friendly enough to be worth using.If you're trying to quit, QuickMist could be an effective option.

Well it took some getting use too, and as others have stated the first few times of using it really burns your mouth and throat, it also gave me bad hiccups.I found spraying under tongue or inside the cheeks and leaving it to dissolve without swallowing worked well. I have smoked, and have been vaping for the last 10 years.. I never thought I’d be able to stop vaping as it was such a habit and no matter how many times I tried before I couldn’t do it. I decided to give this spray a go with some will power along the way, and to my amazement - I was able to fully stop vaping in one week, I only used x1 nicorette spray too, the other one was binned as I didn't need it or want it. For anybody who smokes it’s not easy. This isn’t a miracle cure but if you want to stop smoking/vaping and have some will power to hand- then this is definitely worth a go. It does kick the urge off when used correctly, I can see it becoming addictive so use with caution. It Definitely gives you the nicotine hit, just use sensibly and moderately. I didn’t use the smart features so can’t comment on those.

Helped me to quit smoking for good. Tried other products in the past with no effect. I’ve smoked for 24yrs and this has helped me to stop for good. Takes off cravings quickly. Spray to the side of your mouth and leave for a minute before swallowing.. Great tasting too. If you’re wanting to stop smoking this is the product for you. A good price if you consider how much you spend on smoking itself. I also purchased a stop smoking necklace which takes off the distraction with your hands and makes your body think you’re smoking when it’s just air. Whilst the spray takes off the cravings the necklace takes your mind off the habit. You can also follow your progress via an app.. All in all a great buy.

I’ve used this product plenty of times over the last few years and it’s always kept me off smoking.I’ve tried a lot of substitutes: vaping, nicotine inhaler, lozenges, and Nicotine pouches. This is the one for me.IF ONLY it wasn’t so expensive. Each time I use it, I spray 3-4 times, so one may last me 5-7 days. For a price of almost £15 each, I’m sure most people will revert to smoking- depending how much you use it and how often.A side note: I like nicotine pouches (e.g. Nordic spirit) but I’ve found that when I’m drinking alcohol using these make me feel nauseous. This spray however is very much compatible with drinking, through my own experience.

Great price.l did think at the time of ordering it was coming the next day. Then found out it was coming the day after which was a bit disappointing as one of the reasons l ordered it😞 .Apart from that very good.

Works very well, but prefer mint to fruit flavour. However, may get used to.On subscribe and save, so good value.

This product is definitely helping with cigarettes' cravings, however it's more addictive that actual cigarettes and move difficult to quit than cigarettes.
