Q: Im assuming there is a drain in the pool to empty it?

No; there is no drain on the pool. I, usually, have to let all the air out and then lift the pool in the places the water is pooling and not draining automatically.

Q: What is the return policy for this product?

Oh, goodness! My 4 year old great-grandson ordered this for himself just before Christmas—without my knowledge or consent. When it arrived I didn’t even open it. I had UPS come pick it up and thought I was good as I tracked it to the sellers dock. No such thing! I have called and talked to both Amazon and the seller and each puts onus on the other to return purchase price!! To be clear—they acknowledged receiving returned, never opened item, but I’m STILL WAITING for REFUND!! So good luck. I’m beyond flustered that in effect I’ve had money stolen from me by the seller and/Amazon! Good luck to you.

Q: Can the air pump use a 15 amp outlet?

Yes, I use mine on a regular outlet with no issues. At one point I had it plugged into the same outlet as another bounce house, one being plugged in on the top and one being plugged in at the bottom.

Q: just want to make sure this is the purple and teal model like pics shows because description says green?

Yes! Ours is purple and teal. Super cute!
