Satisfactory now
The remote was delivered before the promise date. It worked for my Samsung series 5 type TV. It is lighter and smaller then the original one. Need to see how long it will last.

Pathetic product and pathetic service amazon as well seller.
Remote not working, requested return that too not done. Now not getting option to return. Pathetic product and pathetic services. Comple waste of money.

Poor product and misguided branding on website
Felt cheated. Bought assuming it to be original Samsung, as it was classified as Samsung TV remote . Nowhere website says that it's a different brand but actual product has some weird brand.Plus some features on key pad don't work

Do not have smart hub button
I ordered the product twice(one return was booked). Both time it came without a smart hub button. So this is NOT the remote for tvs having smart hub
