My Ears Thank Me Every Time I Put These On
My Ears Thank Me Every Time I Put These OnI used to be terrible about protecting my hearing. Whether it was loud concerts, power tools in the garage, or even just the sheer volume of my own questionable singing, I figured my ears could handle it. Spoiler alert: they can't, not long-term anyway. I finally realized I needed to get serious about hearing protection, but I didn't want something bulky or uncomfortable that I'd dread wearing. That's where these Walker's Razor Slim Electronic Earmuffs came into my life, and honestly, my ears have sent me thank you notes (if ears could write, which, thankfully, they can't – that would be weird). The first thing that struck me was how not bulky they are. The "Slim" in the name is legit. They have a really low profile compared to other earmuffs I've seen, which makes them comfortable to wear for extended periods, even with safety glasses or hats. The "Battle Brown" color is also pretty sharp, if you care about looking good while protecting your hearing (and who doesn't?).But the real magic is the electronics. The sound amplification is fantastic. I can have a conversation at a normal volume with them on, which is crucial when you're trying to communicate on a job site or at the range. And the moment a loud noise hits – BAM! – the sound-activated compression kicks in instantly (seriously, 0.002-second reaction time is faster than I can even flinch). It mutes the harmful noise down to a safe level while still letting you hear everything else. It's like having a personal sound engineer for your ears, constantly adjusting the volume for safety and clarity.I've used these for everything from woodworking with loud saws to attending shooting events, and they perform flawlessly. They're comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing them until a loud noise happens, and then I'm just grateful they're doing their job. The audio input jack is a nice bonus too – perfect for listening to music or podcasts while working on quieter tasks, still with the protection ready to go.If you value your hearing (and you absolutely should!), but hate feeling like you're wearing two bricks on your head, these Walker's Razor Slim earmuffs are the answer. They're comfortable, incredibly effective, and the electronic features make them practical for so many different situations. My only regret is not getting them sooner.

Hear, hear!
When I first saw these on the range, I was skeptical... Until I used them for the first time. These are wonderful, especially for the price range. The slim fit design works well to fit under my issued kevlar helmet, allowing me to maintain wearing proper equipment, while also remaining comfortable and protecting my hearing, unlike some of those 3M products we were issued. One of the best features is being able to turn on the microphone, which allows me to have conversation at a normal level, but also cuts audio when a loud noise is made, so your hearing is protected.Pros: Comfortable, great slim feature for headwear, easy to store with the folding action, great for having conversation while also protecting your hearing.Cons: Can get a little warm due to the material, does not do bluetooth but no points docked for that, runs off AAA batteries and is not rechargeableOverall: This thing is worth getting, especially is you are around loud equipment regularly, on the range regularly, and hate the traditional foam ear plugs that can never quite fit right in someone's ear. 5/5, I recommend this.

Extremely comfortable and work as they should
Walkers game ears were the first high quality ear muffs with the technology of protecting your hearing and allowing the user to carry on a conversation. I have used these for years both at home mowing the lawn as well as weed eating . I have also used these for competition bench rest shooting that’s where they perform the best u can protect your hearing and converse with your competitors I would highly recommend these to anyone who has a need. 1 more asset for a this product with this slim style design they fit comfortably and r in no way bulky.

Very impressed with it
Very impressive sound mitigation.. I found out about this product from one of my neighbors, who’s also into firearms and shooting. He came by my property while my brother and I were shooting several different guns and offered up his pair of Walker’s for us to try out. I was so impressed I purchased a pair of them the next day.Mine are a little different,I have the auxiliary jack for my mp3 player and plan to use them while mowing.

Noise reduction ear muffs!
All I can say is wow! These things work great. Got them for my dad for Christmas and they have been put to good use! They have an amazing noise reduction and you can change the volume of the reduction which is just amazing and handy! Light weight and the right color to use while hunting.

Work well
These work great with a handgun, less so with a rifle. While aiming, the stock kept bumping into the plastic shell and I had to use foam earplugs instead. Could be specific to my rifle...Mini 14, old style iron sights. I'll try adjusting shooting position and report back.Otherwise they reduced shot noise perfectly while allowing ambient noise in. Steel target clang was loud and clear. Also found the stock pads comfortable if a little sweaty in the heat. Tried the Prohear gel pads and didn't feel much difference. I did notice while swapping that the foam inside the pad was loose and bunched up on one side so getting a replacement.

Honest Review of your average range-goer
Great ear-pro for the range. The adjustable setting on the "Hearing amp" for ambient noises is great. Good for outdoor and indoor use. I will say, they are TIGHT, like around the heads. it will make you sick with how much is squeezes your head and ears. adjustments are great. MY recommendation is to leave them stowed on a mannaquin head or maybe a block of wood, or your couch armrest for a few days so the springs wear out a tad. That way its not crushing your head, but again, its important to have a good seal against your skin to block the sound.

Best bang for buck
Yeah these do exactly what their intendedBlock out super loud sounds and let lower volumes through. Works super well, I chose the sand color, it does almost look green but still looks good, not heavy at all, and the volume adjustment gets super loud so I keep mine low.
