I saw on dr oz that this was a good and natural way to help with anxiety. After doing some research I found good things, so I purchased. I have to say, it works for me. If I find myself panicking about something I mix 1 dropper full with an ounce of water and within 10 min I'm feeling better, breathing deeper and not so jittery. Its good before bed as well to help with sleeping.

I like having a couple droppers. It makes you feel healthy and zen while feeling good overall.

Love this. Mixed with a few others (Melatonin, Schizandra, Holy Basil, Hemp seed oil, Reishi) it helps me fall asleep much faster. I have horrible sleep apnea (37/hr disturbances) and this appears to be helping me fall asleep (for sure) and stay asleep at night. I swear I have tried everything over the last 20 years. I have gone from 3.5-4.5/hrs of sleep a night to 5.5+. It's an improvement and I'l take it.

I like the alcohol base. It’s better than the overly sweet glycerine.

I really enjoy taking passion flower, it helps me relax at night so I can get a restful night of sleep. I tried this product after a friend gave me a sample to try right before sleep. I add a little bit with some water and then go to sleep. I awake in the morning feeling more refreshed than if I dont take it. I like that it is all natural also so I dont get hooked on it.
