Q: Is there a size chart?

The only size posted is from the drop down menu. I purchased the 18 to 24 months for my 20 month old grandson, he is 28 pounds . This bathing suit fits him snuggly , I can see that it will get him through the season - the material has some stretch to it, plus the bathing suit is so darn cute on him

Q: Is there a built in diaper, or would baby need to wear a swim diaper underneath the suit?

The Cuddle Club sunsiit does not have a built in diaper - you would need to wear a swim diaper underneath.

Q: Why is it considered uva uvb blocking material. Is it the thicknes or are there chemicals put into it?

I honestly think the thickness was perfect, the hat covered the baby’s neck, I believe the information was further down in the product information. It’s adorable, I gave as a gift, nice quality.

Cuddle Club Sunsuits are designed in the United States by two friends who grew up in the Midwest. We work with an overseas supplier to manufacture the designs - currently China.
