Great Dark Polarized Glasses
I mainly use these for driving on sunny days. They are lightweight, fit well, look cool, and are really pretty dark (I have sensitive blue eyes) with only 10% light transmission, have great optical clarity, and are safety glasses. I think they are very nice plastic framed glasses - as good as some $160 Oakleys that I had before I lost them. See manufacturer's website (edgeeyewear) for more information and some good information to help you select the pair and lenses best for you:Update: I managed to keep these sunglasses for a little over 3 years before losing them at Yosemite. I used them everyday for driving, whenever I was at an outdoor event (state fair, baseball game, ..), and took them to the beach and pool (wearing them in the water) many times. They remained in excellent condition with no lens scratches and no corrosion from salt water or chlorine. They were the best sunglasses I have ever owned and I am buying a new replacement pair today.

Good safety glasses especially if you have blue eyes
I have been using this brand of safety sunglasses since they came out. Now they are safety glasses and I work in industrial electrical so I do scratch them up, break etc.But these are the best at being polarized, dark enough and safety rated that if you have blue eyes and wear contacts, they are good safety (or just regular wear) sunglasses. The price is good as compared to going to Walmart and the eye center there. They started selling safety sunglasses (at least here in Miami) but the prices are $15+ for safety regular sunglasses and $30+ for polarized.Having polarized sunglasses makes a huge difference in the sun. They are great for being on the water too.Just don't fall for those aviator polarized sunglasses that are sold in the "as seen on tv" crap. They are cheap, NOT safety type (which means the lenses won't break and shatter in your eye {Z.71 or better}).In my opinion always get good safety polarized sunglasses and for normal wear they are better than a paid of Ray Ban's or any of those high dollar types.

Great Safety Glasses
My work provides tinted safety glasses which are not polarized and don't help reduce glare. Because I wear glass lens polarized fishing sunglasses (costa del mar 580) daily, the glare from non-polarized safety glasses gives me headaches. These polarized safety glasses by edge eyewear have impressed me thus far (1 week). They are comfortable to wear and help cut down on glare with quite good polarization. I would definitely recommend these glasses to anyone who needs affordable safety rated glasses that are polarized.

Super Clear Lenses!
I bought these and the SW112 and SW111VS for protection in all lighting conditions. I'm really impressed with the clarity of the lenses. There is absolutely no distortion with the lenses. The glasses came in a plastic bag with no case. I would have preferred to have microfiber soft case, but in the end, not a necessity since you can buy cheap ones locally or here. As far as fit, I have a smaller frame, with a hat size under 7". These fit well and feel nice and secure. The lenses are a little big for my face, giving me the bug-eyed look, but they cover my eye completely. The temple pieces seem a little long for my face, but they curve in so they stay put on my head. I use them for volleyball and had no problem with them.

Worth every penny and best on the market. Better than my $150.00 Oakley's!!!
Best sun/safety glasses I've ever had. I used these for work when needed and also for riding my motorcycle. They are very durable, the last pair I bought lasted about 5 years. I've been but these particular glasses for the last ten years. Fit tight, great coverage around the eyes and just plane comfortable. I forget I have them on sometimes. I had a pair of Oakleys prior to these and will never spend that kind of money for protective sun glasses again.

Lower quality than in the past
Made for children maybe they're so small. They're going to work, but not the quality I've seen from Edge in the past.

Safe fun in the sun.
I use these daily. They are well made and very comfortable. The lens have ANSI and MIL specs and are polarized and mirrored all for eye safety. The lens safety specs are printed inside the arm of the frames and on the corner of the lens. Along with the great looks of the comfortable frames these are fantastic sunglasses.
