A SUSPENSEFUL DRAMA WITH SOME BITE Scott is a young high school sophomore who has always been on the outside looking in—no girlfriend, bad at sports and socially awkward. But a single wolf bite changes everything. Now Scott has super-human abilities, which lead him to become the star of his lacrosse team. His athletic prowess also makes him popular and desirable, and he falls for the new girl in town, Allison, who’s equally smitten. Scott’s “new” personality and abilities also pose several problems, including being pulled into the middle of a war between werewolves and werewolf hunters, which are lead by the father of Allison. Now Scott must try to curb his animalistic desires and urges while trying to maintain his relationship with Allison and his best friend Stiles, not to mention his family and society at large. Excited for another rewatch
Kinda weird packaging, but I'm so happy to have this in my physical collection. It's been hard to track which shows are on which streaming platforms at any given time. I'd rather just have it for whenever I want. It's so cheesy, but it adds to the charm, honestly.

Almost perfect upgrade from the DVDs
This collection comes in one large case with all the discs housed in a slip sleeve flip book inside. The longer seasons are 4 discs, while the shorter seasons are 2 discs. They're full HD with 2.0 stereo and 5.1 surround audio options. As for the subtitles option, one reviewer noted they come on every time a new episode begins. This is only true if you don't go into setup and choose your options before hitting "play all". Before you hit "play all", go into setup, choose your audio option, choose subtitles off, then go back to the main menu and hit "play all" and that will not happen.Just like the DVDs, the Blu-rays come with a note acknowledging that some of the music has been modified due to licensing issues, so it won't always be the same songs heard in the original episodes when they aired on television. Now here is the only letdown for completists who were hoping to fully upgrade and get rid of their DVDs. There are a few seasons that are missing some of the extras from the DVDs. I don't know why they were omitted because they aren't very long extras in most cases, and there are even a few sleeves empty at the end of the collection, so they easily could have put all the remaining extras on one extra disc. But if you want to keep all your extras, these are the DVDs you'll have to keep:SEASON 2 is missing ALL the extras from the DVDs. No extras at all.SEASON 5 DVDs were originally split into two parts. Missing from the Part 1 DVD set are the gag reel, VFX Breakdown, and Building a Character. Missing from the part 2 DVD set is Ultimate Dread - the Creatures of Season 5.SEASON 5 DVDs were also split into two parts. This Blu-ray collection is missing the extras from part 1: Behind the Scenes of Beacon Hills, VFX reel, and gag reel.
