The strips are approximately two inches wide. The strips are on a roll so you can cut them to the length you want them. Hope that helps.

Q: Conflicting information.Does this come with the scissors or not?

Yes, there was a little pair of fold-up scissors included with the tape - the type you'd keep in an emergency sewing kit. I haven't used them for the K-tape, but they are tucked in my backpack along with pens, and a small note pad and other just-in-case supplies. Would use a good quality pair of scissors on the tape.
