Q: Is this cover round for the Libre freestyle, the video shows it as oblong?

Hello, The Libre cover is round and fits Libre 1, 2 and 14 Day. The video is a demonstration video of function mainly as we also offer coverage for the Dexcom G6. Both bands function in design the same. They both have the same band and Shell material, but one is oblong (Dexcom G6) and the Libre is round as shown in the products images. Q: If I return this product do I have to pay return shipping?

No simply mark it as return and they will send you a qr code you take it and product to ups store they scan the code and take care of the rest.

Q: Will this band work with freestyle libre3 ?

I don't know you'd have to check with the manufacturer, I bought one for my freestyle libre 2, and it did not work for me. If you bump it it will pull out your sensor.
