An absolute must read for all practitioners who work with people who may be at risk of or being deprived of their liberty not just for Best Interest Assessors. Easy to read and contains up to date care law. Highly recommended.

Recommend this book to use alongside other Edge training resources such as their case law sheets.

I don't like reading books for work I find them boring, however as this topic is new to me, I find it interesting and has provided the information I need

Breaks things down but it is a big bonus if you have had some tutorials on DOLs already.
