If by cruelty free, you mean, bad for animals than the answer is no. I dilute the cleaner at 50-50%. Just enough to clean and smell good. TY, Tweety

To find out the ingredients 1) I had to go on their website 2) Go to the product's page 3) Go to the bottom of the page 4) AND THEN I HAD TO DOWNLOAD IT. Ellen has the list... What they also included were the instructions of wearing a face mask and have good ventilation!!!! They call this "Citrus"... I've never had to mask up and open all the windows to cut open a lemon or lime...not even a grapefruit. I deleted their .pdf. I think it's deceptive and, frankly deceitful to call this stuff 'citrus' and to make it that one has to go to such lengths. THEY DON'T SAY ON THEIR PRODUCT WHAT CHEMICALS IT HAS....AND!!!... WHAT PRECAUTIONS ONE NEEDS TO TAKE. THAT'S AWFUL!!!!!!!
