i have brought the product in march for almost 8k with in six months the motor is completely failed for recoil service with out any use pls check the service availibility before purchasing the products

Little noise is high but good product

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product in March 2024 for Rs 6100/- to use as an exhaust for my washroom. got it installed, worked well for 8 months, but in nov 2024 it stopped working. called up the customer care, they asked for a video and picture of the product. have attached the same here for reference.the reply we receive is that we need to ship it to ludhiana then they shall revert what went wrong. inspite of seeing on video and pictures no resolution was given.this means the company is trying to run from its responsibility of 2 years warranty as mentioned in the product description.I would like to warn every purchaser of this trick this company plays with its customers.lastly i would like the management of Astberg Ventilation to work on customer service and after sales service and replacement as boldly written in product description.saurabhbased in Delhi.

Edit 1: I could locate the reducer in the local amazon warehouse the next day. So, I got the product, yay, but packaging needs improvement. Also, there's a hairline crack that I spotted in the inner body of the fan. Hope it doesn't grow.I ordered an 8 inch fan and an 8 inch to 6 inch reducer. The fan was packed in its usual box but the pvc reducer was placed on top of that box and held on to that box with polythene wrap and bubble wrap held together with cello tape. Now I thought that reducer is in that box and took delivery of that box. But there was no reducer in that box, just the fan. I can clearly see the polythene stretched from the top from where the reducer might have gone loose and lost during shipping. Hat tip to those thinking of ordering, order fan and accessories separately.Now to the fan review, noise level is acceptable. Acceptable like it can be put on terrace, just not outside the room. Performance as of now is good, I will update the review over time. Product is good. Packaging and handling during shipping needs improvement.
