If using Libre or Dexcom, it still sends info to your phone or reader while covered by band.

Q: Why is Medium diameter larger than large size diameter?

hi there i'm not dure, but for me the larger size was to big to stay on the pod and just kept sliding down. so i went one size down. now the arm band does stay in place and doesnt slide, but at times i have to slide off because it does get too tight. for e i cover the whole pod. i dont know if there is a size in between large and medium. but so far medium is ok on me. good luck

Q: Is this band water proof?

No. But i keep 2 bands so if one gets wet or dirty it can be cleaned. I normally remove band at night as i sleep in only on my side and don't move around or roll
