I I’d been congested with a cold and fever for a week. Miserable cause I could not breathe. My sister told to to try this. A little expensive but worked great. Now I wish I had ordered the bigger one.

This is very nice and gentle, without any after taste or propellant dripping down your throat afterwards. It even has a window to show you how much you have left. I like that you only use it once a day instead of two. I only gave it 4 stars, because the wide flat shape and the location of the pump is very awkward to use for people with small hands and/or arthritic fingers. I kept getting "misfires" because my hands weren't strong enough to squeeze the pump, if I used the other hand to close the opposite nostril that I was spraying. I finally gave up and used both hands to hold and pump out the spray. I'm used to the small round cylinder spray bottles from the pharmacy. 60 sprays at 2 sprays each nostril a day will last you 15 days. I might buy it again next time it goes on sale, but as for now it went up in price from 2 weeks ago. It is cheaper to buy Ipratroprium Bromide Nasal Spray at the pharmacy for $5, which lasts 30 days.

I had been using original Flonase on and off the last few years as seems my Spring allergies have been getting worse and worse. Long story short when original Flonase actually sprayed..it worked VERY well. My issue with the original was, no matter how hard I tried to keep the nozzle clean or even cleaned it after a week, sometimes less it seems it always ended up "clogged" and either not spraying or 1/2 spraying SUPER annoying. I finally decided to give Sensimist a try. I thought MAYBE this one would not clog like the original nozzle plus I liked it has no scent vs the original. All I can say is this has NOT clogged even once...it seems easier to use with the side switch to pump the spray. I love it does not have that FLONASE scent...For me this is FLONASE just waaay better, esp as to it not clogging like the original. Worth a dollar or two more in my opinion...works GREAT.
