It lifts as much as a normal bra, this is not a push up bra and yes it does offer nice support I wore it all day and didn't have to pull it up at all

Yes. It fits perfectly and stays in place without feeling like it's going to fall down.

Q: How much padding does this bra have?

It isn't padded like a push up bra but it has enough to keep you from showing through underneath even the thinnest of shirts.

Q: I just received my order and it has three rows of hooks in the back not four. The picture shows four , did they send me the wrong one?
