Q: My boyfriend is 6'7". Is this shirt going to be long enough?

I'm 6'3 it fit well,it should be ok.

Q: Are the shirt sizes accurate? One earlier reply said these are for men but shows large chest size at 22 inches? Amazon has larges at 41-43 inches

My shirt fit me the same way all my other shirts fit. I would say they are accurate.

Q: Is this considered a thicker or thinner material?

Id say slightly on the thicker side. Not so much that it will make you warmer on a cold day but thick enough to not fall apart in the wash. Hope that helps

Q: Are these dtf/dtg printed? printed directly onto the fabric so it’s soft and doesn’t crack?

The one I ordered is printed on the fabric and did not crack when stretched. I gifted to my cousin and he loved the Tshirt. The material felt soft to me.
