Q: Is the silicone mat removable for cleaning?

No, but it is a smooth surface for easy wipe down...no ribbing etc.

Q: How much weight can it hold

Not sure what the max weight this item can hold. I purchased the 16"W x 11.5"D tray and have a 12lb. Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System on it. 12lb weight item is fine for sliding the tray. However, in order to slide with this tray, you have to lift up the front tab and use the back wheels to slide the tray forward and back. It does not always slide straight - so slide slow and steady.

Q: How much weight can it hold?

At least 6.3 kilograms. I bought "Extra Wide (16.1 W × 11.7 D) for Foodi and More". It holds my 6.3 kilograms Thermomix model TM31 (without the Varoma steamer on top) plus a customised biscuit tin next to it that holds wooden spoons, spatulas etc. Rolls smoothly, no probs.

Q: Will the 16" W work for the new Ninja Speedi?

This can be turned sideways also. I almost returned it until I tried it both ways. The answer is yes.
