Used this perm on a friend of mine who has very fine hair and just wanted some texture added to her hair. She was also skeptical of a perm drying out her hair and making it frizzy. I finally talked her into it. I used the biggest rollers I could fit in her hair(she keeps her hair pretty short). I kept telling her it would be great!
