Q: Question to Pure Sunergy (seller\manufacturer): From where do you source your algae for this beta glucan?

This beta-glucan is sourced from freshwater algae grown in tanks in a controlled facility in the USA.

Q: How does this compare to the much more expensive beta glucan from better way health?

I used to purchase the more expensive BetaGlucans but following research on the subject I found the Pure Synergy Beta Glucan is derived from ocean algie as opposed to mushroom (higher cost)s which the more expensive BetaGlucan use. Yet I learned they both provide the same level of immunity support whether derived from algie or mushrooms.. I have continued to buy and use the Pure Synergy product.

Q: What is the expiration date?

Expiration date is found on label to the right of 'SUPPLEMENT FACTS. This product seems to have about a 3 year life before expiring. Passed the expiration date there are no guaranties of its potency
