Q: What is the physical size of the lighter?

About 2 3/4" Tall, 1 1/2" wide, 3/4" thick at the thickest point). Very solid lighter - been using it for a few weeks on one butane fill - great size, a little bit of heft to it, and great flame. Read my review though - I ordered twice from Amazon and they had a Xicar cigar cutter mislabeled as this lighter. Twice I had to send package back immediately for refund. They never responded to my letters about the issue, and I ended up ordering from another merchant (who shipped it via the terrible US Post Office, and it took 6 weeks to arrive - 2 days to make it from Carolina to Detroit, 5 1/2 weeks to get from Detroit 20 miles to my house). At least I finally got what I ordered, which is more than I can say from Amazon.

Q: Does this ship filled with butane or empty?
