I would say its durability is poor, it much thinner than a quality mask. However, if you bought it to use as a prop, it should hold up a little better. I'm not sure I understand your second question......If you mean can the mask be taken off extremely fast, I would say "no", somewhat due to its poor quality and because masks in general aren't designed for removal speed. Now if you mean does it rip or tear easily, then I would say 'yes' that this mask could certainly rip or tear more easily than a quality mask. However, This is why its such a cheap price.

Q: How is the quality of it?

The quality is pretty darn good, especially for the price. We used it for an effigy and scared the crap out of some friends. I haven’t worn it on my head though.

The back is open enough to stick your head in it
