I decided to purchase this vacuum after researching different vacuums for hard surfaces, as I have stained concrete flooring. I needed one that would not only work on hard surfaces but also well on upholstered furniture. It was difficult to change to bissel after years of using shark. But the new shark for me was hard to handle .this bissel has a good motor and swivels .the best though is that it is height adjustable to go over area rugs too.shark does not have this and it was the reason I went with bissel all else being equal

Despite coming in a bigger box than I assumed, it was easy to transport and assemble within minutes. It did a great job sucking up all that grayish gunk lurking in my carpet. My favorite feature, however, was the retractable power cable, which made storing it incredibly convenient. I'd definitely buy another one, but I hope it lasts for a very long time!

Anyone who knows me, knows I take my vacuum choice seriously.This one was easy to assemble and is super easy to use. I LOVE the retractable cord which, is long so I don’t have to keep unplugging and moving it. The suction is strong and this vacuum cleans dirt I didn’t even know was there.The attachments are useful and stay attached to the vacuum during use. Some vacs have attachments that constantly fall off which drives me crazy. I like the way the vacuum gets under beds and furniture. I think the swivel technology helps.Emptying the canister is straightforward and fast so, I do it empty every time I use it. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5, is that the canister doesn’t always attach back to the vacuum correctly. There is not a feature where it clicks into place. It kind of does but, I find it sometimes isn’t exactly right and falls off.Even with that flaw, I’d absolutely recommend and purchase this vacuum again.

This has got to be my favorite vacuum. I like it better than the old Dyson we had. It's lightweight, moves around smooth, love the extractable cord and how easy the wand comes out. Picks up all the pet hair and everything else. I would for sure purchase this again. Everything is easily designed. Great value and vacuum.

The build quality on this vacuum cleaner is great. The ease of cleaning is a breeze. It was easy to assemble. I'm glad I picked this one.

this vacuum is fabulous it is easy to push and love the cord windup and the look. It does an excellent job and has great suction. I am in love with this vac.

Easiest to put together of any vacuum I've ever purchased. My first full vacuum of the whole house picked up so much hair and fluff that my old vacuum had missed! It's fun to see the fluff spinning around in the container. My only complaint is the crevice tool...I would have preferred it to be longer and more narrow. Having the brush attached to it blocks you from putting the tool in the gap under the oven or the fridge, and the brush part keeps falling down onto it. I wanted to use my old Shark attachment instead, but it doesn't fit the hose, sadly.
