I was very leery about writing a review until I had received my orders, after reading all of the comments bashing on the product. I ordered three separate orders and three separate times the first order was the smallest of the quartz, but still working phenomenal pieces. The second order had my most favorite and the biggest pieces despite what everyone says, (everyone says their second order is worse and smaller pieces). I'm the third order had just as big pieces as the second order but not quite as big but still bigger than the first order and have some nice massive quartz points. Every order is different and no two pieces are the same so when ordering you have to remember that and remember that they can't all be perfect. I'm still pleased with these pieces and will continue to order them for future projects and collection. HOWEVER I REALLY WISH THE PACKAGING WAS AT LEAST BUBBLE WRAPPED INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. IT WOULDN'T COST THAT MUCH TO PLACE A NICE THICK LAYER OF BUBBLE WRAP AROUND EVERYTHING SO DURING TRANSPORTATION PIECES THAT ARE CONNECTED TOGETHER AND CLUSTERS DON'T BREAK APART DURING TRANSIT. IT'S NOT THAT HARD AND NOT THAT COSTLY. THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT BUT STILL GET THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER FIVE STARS. PLEASE JUST CARE FOR YOUR PACKAGES MORE

Some other people here have said the first lot they purchased was really good but the second wasn't. This was my experience as well.The first lot I bought had a lot of really nice pieces in it. The description says 12 to 15 and I received 24. Though I was expecting maybe a couple larger, mid-grade pieces, overall I was really impressed. A 5-star rating. Naturally, I wanted to buy another.This second one, however, was very different in quality. It didn't have the same variety in size and there were too many chipped pieces. (They didn't look naturally chipped, but more due to the way they were mined.) I again received more than 12 to 15 -- something like 35 to 40. I would have rather received fewer pieces and had some that were a bit larger. So, more like 2.5 stars for this one.This pattern may be a coincidence, who knows. Just be prepared that you may get a really great selection for your first order and the next one falls short of expectations.About the quantity... For some people, they would like *more* than is stated, but here's where you kind of mess with a customer's expectation: you give a weight (over 3 lbs) and a quantity (12 to 15) so they think that the pieces are going to be larger, or at least some of them will be. It would be helpful to give the weight without quantity and either state they could be any size, or sort by size and offer them by weight as lots of larger, medium, small, tiny, or mixed.Last thing: the description is inaccurate in that they DO NOT come individually wrapped. Both of my orders came in a plastic bag with no protection between them. Expect dust and chipped pieces.

Not as large as the pictures might suggest. I really only received three good sized pieces. It said 15-20 large pieces but there were definitely more than 20 pieces. Despite the size not being what I had expected, I still feel it was a good value for my money. Would buy again.

I am so happy with the quality, variety and amount of crystals in this purchase. I plan to purchase again. I received a 6-1/2" crystal with all kinds of etchings on it, I immediately fell in love with it and eventually named her Princess Warrior after a strange yet comical incident. Being disturbed as many were, I slept with her the night of Trump's sexually disturbing video came out and she disappeared in the morning. We searched everywhere for it, under the bed, in the sheets and all around the bed. We gave up and good-humoredly assumed she went after him as its rumored crystals have a way of disappearing and reappearing. Sure enough, being as large as she was, she reappeared later in the afternoon out in the wide-open laying between an end table and a plant on the floor where we had looked before more than once. Yes, she deservedly earned her name as we watched the next few weeks his attacks for his vulgarities. In the interim, the others have been fondly named.This set came with about 10-12 crystals. I even got a small cluster, a dolphin, many generators and wands. I will be ordering more shortly as I gave away almost all of them and need more, more and more! They are calling me.

These crystals were beautiful. Many will be gifts. They will need some cleaning up as they have dust and debris but they are beautiful nonetheless.

There are a lot of them but all of them are quite chipped, cracked or broken. Mostly broken pieces with few sides with out cracks, chips or some type of damage. Not sure I would recommend as they all seem damaged.
