I love the usefulness of the Magenta Yellow Cyan color wheel. I have a very sophisticated 6 year old granddaughter who has been learning the old school Red Yellow Blue color wheel. I want her to be exposed to this more accurate 24 hue model. She loves mixing paints and is already talking about tints so I'm going to use the MYC wheel to show her shades and talk about tones also. I can't wait to introduce her to complimentary colors, triads, etc!

Nice to use for ideas on color combinations for coloring

This color wheel is the best color wheel I have seen and I have them all. It shows all the color harmony mixes, has many more colors than any other color wheel. It has the shades and the tints of all the colors. The only bad thing about the color wheel is that it is a larger than all the other color wheels, but it has to be because it show more, all the color harmony mixes, all the tints and shades of all the colors, the compliments, and has at least double the colors that are max colors shown on any wheel I've seen. Highly recommended to all my students, and artist friends.

This is a gorgeous color wheel but like all others, confusing with jargon explaining all the aspects of use. Indications of further instructions were directed to purchasing an additional book to get more detailed directions. The wheel is very sturdy and well constructed and but I think simplicity in how to use this wheel should be the number one consideration for amateur artists. I plan on spending a lot of time trying to figure out all the aspects so I won't feel I have wasted my money otherwise it will just end up being a wall ornament.

Love the scientifically accurate colors and the number of colors which is greater than a standard color wheel. This will be fun tool to use when expanding my artistic skills.

Some people claim this is the best one ever, but I just can’t go there. Just too weird and confusing of a method for combining colors.I definitely own better ones

So easy to use. This color wheel tells and shows you which color element looks best, and or which colors it takes to blend into to get the right hue you desire. Good for web builders, good for artists of all kinds, and good for fashion influencers too.
