It should fit perfectly! I’m 155 and 5’6” and it fit like a glove! Loved this costume. So pretty and good quality

I think you will need an XL to be comfortable. It will be long in the length, but will fit better in the bodice. I weighed 175 when I wore the dress. I am 5'4". It was snug on me, not too tight, but snug

Q: Does the dress always come with issues and wrinkled ?

I didn't have any issues with the dress I ordered. I think that some wrinkling is to be expected since it ships in a clear costume bag. I would have a seamstress or dry cleaner steam it if the wrinkles are significant.
