Q: What is the potency? Is it strong enough?

Not sure how to answer this but from my perspective, it was strong enough to accomplish what I needed it for. The taste was also pleasant.

Q: What is the shelf life?

I'm not sure but you refrigerate it after opening. You add 20 to 30 drops in some water. It tastes like a very light, refreshing tea.. My dropper gets about 10-12 drops (a half a dropper) so I use about 2.5. It has no expiration date on the bottle. I just checked.

Q: Can this be diffused?

I wouldn’t put this in my diffuser.

Q: How many days does the bottle last?

Depends on how many dropper fulls you use . Can last up to 2 months.
