Q: How does the bamboo tray hold up over time to water coming through the drainage hole?

These bamboo trays are made the same as my bamboo kitchen spoons, which have held up to plenty of abuse for about 6 years so far. My planters are only 1 year old, but I expect the same resilience from them.

Q: How do I write on this? I want to personalize these. Can I bake them in the oven after writing?

I'm not sure. But this is a ceramic base and I think you would be able to bake it. It's very cute

-2 inches wide will be snug. -2 in tall will be fine.
